During this seminar, we will provide an understanding of Olympic Lifting as it pertains to the snatch. We will explore the different phases of the snatch, as well as the three positions: the pulling position, mid-thigh position and the receiving position and exactly where your body needs to be for each one. Progressions for the hang or mid-thigh position will be covered on day one, and progressions for the receiving and pulling positions will be taught and practiced on day two. Childcare will be provided during both days of the seminar.
