This fun and fast-paced class will motivate you, challenge you, and get you into the best shape of your life. In a format that incorporates both strength training and high intensity cardio, you’ll perform a wide variety of movements under the watchful guidance of our knowledgable trainers who will always keep things interesting, teach you new and fun skills and make you want to come back for more. Classes take place over the course of five weeks on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:15am and 5:15pm, and you're welcome to attend both the morning and evening classes if two-a-days are your thing!
